International shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country.
These charges are not included in the product or shipping cost.
Customers are responsible for any additional import fees.
5. Address Accuracy
Customers must provide accurate and complete shipping information.

6. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Galaxy Sale is not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, or stolen during transit.
However, we will assist you in opening an investigation with the shipping carrier.

7. Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
